Terms & Conditions

By booking a tour with KASA Tours & Travels (operating as Andaman Kasa Holidays), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payments

A standard advance payment is required to confirm your hotel and ferry bookings. The remaining balance must be cleared upon arrival in Sri Vijaya Puram. Quotations provided are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

2. Itinerary Changes (Weather & Ferries)

The Andaman Islands rely heavily on sea transport. In the event of adverse weather conditions, cyclones, or technical issues leading to the cancellation of ferries (Makruzz, Green Ocean, Govt. ferries) or activities, KASA Tours & Travels will attempt to provide alternate sightseeing options. We are not liable for compensation for missed flights or extended stays caused by "Acts of God."

3. Identification Documents

All Indian nationals must carry a valid Photo ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License). PAN cards are generally not accepted for ferry bookings. Foreign nationals must carry their original Passport and valid Visa/RAP.

4. Liability

We act only in the capacity of an agent for hotels, transporters, and ferry services. All receipts, tickets, and contracts are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which these services are provided.
