Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our standard cancellation and refund guidelines below.

Standard Cancellation Rules

• 30+ Days before arrival: 10% of the total package cost will be deducted as processing fees.
• 15 to 29 Days before arrival: 25% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• 7 to 14 Days before arrival: 50% of the total package cost will be deducted.
• Less than 7 Days or No Show: No refund will be provided.

Ferry and Activity Cancellations

Ferry tickets (Makruzz, Green Ocean, etc.) and specific activities (Scuba Diving, Sea Walking) are strictly bound by the cancellation policies of the respective private operators. In most cases, these are non-refundable if canceled at the last minute.

Weather-Related Refunds

If an activity or ferry is officially canceled by the authorities due to bad weather or cyclonic conditions, we will initiate a refund for that specific missed activity/ferry after deducting minor processing charges, or provide an alternative sightseeing arrangement of equal value.
